The Luxury Lounge Facility

A first of its kind, The HOC Luxury Lounge comfortably provide a relaxing place for up to 40 people to unwind or live it up after a long day. Boasting a large, 424 sq. ft. open floor plan, each Lounge includes an open bar, comfortable couches, barstool seating, flatscreen TVs and a premium 

sound system. Additionally, a full kitchen with a margarita machine, a restroom with laundry machines, and so much more. Guests can enjoy numerous amenities, including:

The Shower Facility features shower stalls that each include a changing area with a lockable door, clothes hook, and a bench seat for a completely private shower experience. Guests are sure to enjoy the comfort of a fully climate-controlled heating and air conditioning environment.

The Restroom Facility

The Restroom Facility features 12 private bathroom stalls and 1 large handicap bathroom stall. The handicap stall allows for a full 360° turning radius for wheelchairs and has grab rails. Each standard restroom stall features a flush toilet and toilet-paper holder. The common area features sinks, shatterproof mirrors, soap dispensers, and hand dryers. Lighting at each entry door ensures guests can enter/ exit safely and securely with 24 hour surveillance. Guests are also sure to enjoy the comfort of a fully climate-controlled environment maintained by air conditioning and heating units.
